I have interviewed with Crossover and my SIL worked with them for a year as a QA. They are quite horrible to work for - so it depends on how much money are you going after.
Couple of notes from my interview and my SIL's year of working.
1. They do install a "productivity improvement" tool on your computer. It takes webcam photos, screenshots + keystrokes + mouse movements. When they told me this, I quit my interview.
2. There are times when the webcam photo was dark and they will not compensate you for that hour.
3. They have some sort of perverse Hunger Games type of leaderboard thing going where the bottom 2 people (in terms of performance) are kicked out every 2 weeks. (not sure if this was only for QA or applies to other Software Dev). SIL was in constant stress throughout.
4. Even if you finish you work, you need to be "online" for 40h a week to be compensated for 40h. Which meant that if my SIL was done with her tasks and had no work, she still had to "pretend to work" for almost 10-15h / week to get paid properly.
