    Which travelling bag pack do you guys use or would recommend while travelling (railways/airlines)? At present, I have to take a minimum of three bags (laptop bag, gym bag - usually small items, clothes/other accessories bag) which is a bit too much to carry for a journey of small/long distance. Therefore, I am looking for a compact bag pack with enough space to pack it all up.

    Read this today: https://www.intercom.com/blog/psychological-safety Having worked in a few companies along the way, I cannot help but completely agree with this article. In my own experience, the jobs that I have stuck to for long periods of time, have offered psychological safety - checking most of the boxes. If you are a senior member of the team, there are good points in here on how to retain good talent.

    Seems like there are many open-source Roam alternatives now. 1. Obsidian 2. Athens https://github.com/athensresearch/athens 3. Logseq https://logseq.com/ Athens and Logseq are very much like Roam, but they are desktop apps. Curious if anyone is using any of them full-time.

    #tribe I am looking for some inputs, as I have never been a part of hiring before. A very important person in my team is leaving. He is my manager/mentor/lead and we are so desperate to find someone who matches his personality and skill-set. Though, every new person brings something new, I have been asked to be on the hiring team so that we find a near-exact match. I will be reporting to this new hire for all my daily tasks. What are some efficient ways of assessing this when I interview that candidate? What are the right set of questions? What should I look for?
