Great. Tribe, if you’re serious about learning piano, why don’t we stick to a schedule and start with the udemy course? Let’s learn, play and sync here with our progress every week. @calm-grass-85557 might event call our band during a Friday chill out session later this year 🤟

Sound great. I could not practise it since last 2 weeks. Let's follow this routine.

I'd like to add a suggestion - Why not set a particular day/time every week to catch up on zoom. I saw this being used very effectively by Kent Dodds with his learning clubs - https://kcd.im/clubs

You can come up with a similar template but my advice would be to keep things simple (scheduling a weekly call) and not do premature optimization.

Hey tribe, did you make any progress with 🎹? I enrolled to a 15 day crash course and made some progress with left and right hand c major scale notes.

Hey tribe 👋, I had spent the last week to learn playing the basic notes C, D, E, F and G on the treble and base clef. I’ve been trying those at a metronome of 100 at 4 beats a bar. Looking forward to get better and move ahead with advanced notes this week.

I was always into electronics and gadgets and I finally got enough spare time and money to build this handheld gaming console this year. I didn't build it from scratch, it's a DIY kit that you have to solder and then 3d print the body yourself (I got it 3d printed in acrylic from a company in UK, you also use wood if you want). It's running on a raspberry pi 0 w and has a 2.8" 240x320 screen, type C port for charging (1000mah battery), dual speakers, 3.5mm jack, mute switch and wifi for uploading games to it. I have only tried nes games, but as it is running retropi, it can emulate variety of old consoles. It was my first such project, so it's not very beautiful but it works OK (except for the start button, that I had to map to another button). That's on me, because I am a noob in soldering and I don't have steady hands for such tasks 😁. Also I was impatient and didn't wait for the correct transparent glue and used feviquick to join the acrylic body, that's why there are white stains on it 🙄. If anyone's interested, here's the official kit site: https://www.null2.co.uk/

Made my first lowpoly 3D scene in Blender! Still learning the basics of 3D and modelling. Anyone else working or learning? Would love to learn from peers.

Hey everyone, could you suggest an engaging online piano subscription? I am a beginner and enrolled for the udemy course last year. I lost interest as i did not find in interesting and engaging. Any recommendations/ suggestions.
