Those are all archived, read only, and could potentially go away at some point. Going forward issues go to github, as @Yorokobi mentioned.

it would be a shame if they go away because they are referenced in many changelogs

I don't disagree, but there could come a point where it is decided it isn't worthwhile to maintain.
