when i run

bolt apply manifests/some.pp --target localhost # or some other windows 10 host

(contains only some notifies) and then it exits with "invalid utf-8" while executing

custom_facts.rb

under the hood. did some one also run into this? im runnin bolt latest, and powdershell 7.3.5
