If I read https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetserver/actions/runs/5246208090/jobs/9474719008 correctly, puppetserver 7 is tested on Java 8, 11 and 17. But 17 isn't listed as officially supported in the documentation.

Okay, thanks! I think the documentation is a little bit outdated. For puppetserver 8 java 17 is preferred (Release Notes), but documentation says "Java 8,11" (Installing Puppet Server Java Support)
