There’s a rotation where certain groups will join and answer questions for 30 minutes to an hour. For example - core puppet, the console team, vox populi, etc

Where does it happen? I only see announcements in this channel. Is it just a meeting within slack?

Yep, it’s a live text chat in this Slack channel. If someone is hosting, they will announce when office hours starts and that opens the floor for questions. Some teams unfortunately are missing a host at the moment. For help or questions outside of office hours, feel free to join other channels (such as #C19V5U41Z, #C0W298S9G, etc).

Thanks, @April Murphy! I keep forgetting that if you "pay to play" here in slack-land you get that feature of conferencing.

No problem. I just edited my message to clarify that it’s a live text chat. We don’t require anyone to have video chat for office hours.

Yep, some weeks there are no questions, but you can see some from Oct 25th.
