First I've seen that module, but from a quick skim of the README it seems like there are two ways to use it: • "Agentless", where the PE Orchestrator is applying configuration to one or more iDRAC devices via one-off or scheduled runs. This method would create an Orchestrator connection for each managed devices. • "Proxy Agent", where a
puppet
service connected to PE is configured to manage one or more iDRAC device via scheduled
puppet device
runs. This method would create a Puppet agent certificate for each managed devices. Orchestrator connections and agent certificates each consume one node license -- so in both cases the license usage is probably equal to the number if iDRAC devices managed with the second case consuming one additional license for the Proxy Agent.

I think the total usage numbers on the license screen should calculate that correctly. There’s also a separate “bursting limit” that might come into play depending upon the frequency of actions taken on agentless nodes
