Hi, I am getting started with prompfoo with one of my current projects and I want to self-host the open source container. The goal is to share evals from different runs centrally there. I followed the instructions on https://www.promptfoo.dev/docs/usage/self-hosting/ for using the pre-built container. When I run the container but when I try to access the http://localhost:3000/ I get an `Cannot GET /`error. If I try http://localhost:3000/eval I see

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat '/app/dist/src/server/app/index.html'

. It seems to be running though as /health returns {"status":"OK","version":"0.120.5"}
