I am getting `Whoops. Looks like an internal server error.` on `eu4`, anyone else having problems?

we are on `eu4` with prisma cloud, as far as I can see...

prisma servers and our service cluster show `Healthy` on <http://app.prisma.io|app.prisma.io>, but I cannot access the databrowser nor do any queries

our cluster is still on `1.8.2`, could this be problem?

what exactly do you mean with `eu4`? Is this a region of a cloud provider?
