Tried the heroku deployment and after I create db connection and click on heroku, I get a spinner that never goes away

This is because an "UI bug" in the dashboard. First connect your Heroku account in the "Create a new database" option. Then return to the "Set up a database" page and continue with "Connect to an existing database". 😄
