Hi everybody, i'm starting to worry about Prisma. Support seems to be unresponsive an chat and github as well. It's been like this for a week now, some serious issues are completely left behind without any feedback. I know this stuff is open source, but there are also billed services (graphcool) that are flawed and nobody at Prisma seems to care anymore. Anyway this is how I feel right now, I love their products. Some of us have production app running with this products, and some more communication/feedback would be very welcomed.

What is your main concern right now? I have running production app with prisma and supper happy

I'm talking about 490 open issues for the graphcool-framework and 382 open issues for prisma. I'm talking about subscriptions not working since last week (graphcool), Documentation search has been down for a while. I know it's normal to have issues, but it's the fact that support never answered my emails, never got an answer in the intercom chat, same with github.

Hey @Stefano T, i am sorry we are causing you such headaches. The reason we have been unresponsive for the last week is that we have been on a company off-site to plan our future. Therefore we have been pretty much offline for the last days. We are back in the office since yesterday and are working on getting things in shape again.

For the record I’ve had similar concerns (specifically over really basic Heroku integration stuff not working), so currently I’m thinking I can’t rely on Prisma as a service for anything in production

The docs search is fixed! Please let me know, which issue you have with the Heroku Integration and we’ll fix it 🙂

@tim2 I think the main issue is that users can (and do) get "locked out", there are issues about this on GitHub
