Hi, I'm new to Prisma. Is it possible to connect Prisma to an existing Mongo replica set hosted on Atlas ( https://www.mongodb.com/cloud/atlas )? The Mongo Connector Preview docs ( https://github.com/prisma/Mongo-Connector-Preview ) don't seem to cover this. Thanks!

AFAIK mongo is not yet supported

All the main marketing strongly implies Mongo is supported already, but I’ve looked into it and your best bet until they work it into the official build (their roadmap says it should have been completed last quarter) is to try out their pre-release Mongo connector https://github.com/prisma/mongo-connector-preview

@do4gr: Can you please help @Rachel out? 🙂 Mongo (preview) is also available in the

prisma init

workflow with the alpha version of CLI. Please install it via

npm install -g prisma@alpha

and then use

prisma init

to set up the service!

I am in the process of documenting how to connect to non-local Mongo instances at the moment. I’ll add that to the connector preview once I am done.

Hi @do4gr! Is it possible now to set up Prisma with non-local Mongo instance? If so do you have a workable tutorial, example for it?
