2. fill name and rest mandatory fields and create server
3. Create new DB -> heroku -> my heroku account
4. create free basic DB in Dublin
5. Set up a server -> heroku -> free plan
6. Create server

11/05/2018, 12:43 AM@divyendu Has this issue been fixed yet? I have still had no luck deploying a server. I am following the exact same steps as @czysty only on the US side.
