what do you recommend more for prisma server? heroku, digital ocean or other?

Total matter of personal preference. With the exception of the one-click Prisma Server deploy for Heroku (which itself limits the amount of configuration you can do), the choice of host really shouldn't have much impact on your experience with Prisma.
