Hey I dont know if this is relevant for you at all but I have a question about SNS: We have big segments of users and we would like to send mobile push notifications to them as a group. Would SNS topics be relevant here? The issue is that we can not ever let the user know which segments/topics they are in, or let them join / leave topics on their own, and I couldnt find out any definitive answers about that.

Hi Joar: I am not sure that I get the complete picture. I think it might be interesting to have a look on Pinpoint, which handles various channels (including push notifications) and segmentation as well
