Prisma

Hi there! I'm having an issue where *the wrong schema changes are being applied by prisma deploy*.

I just added the field `Notes: [String]` to my schema, and when I `prisma deploy`ed, I saw the message

+ Created field `Notes` of type `[String!]!`
```

This is the second time I noticed this specific issue, where a `[String]` is incorrectly marked as a `[String!]!`. The error is reflected in the schema in graphql-playground.
