Hi @Rajkumar - that looks like a network error - can you try again. I've managed to download the file from the link you have provided

Hi @Richard Ward I am able to download manual but not through terminal. I have a quick question do I need add that manually downloaded file somewhere in file system
Can you please me out with this issue it would be more help. We are trying and stuck at this issue since 2 weeks

Do you maybe have a firewall that is blocking the download?

May be because ours is a banking client with full high security
Any way that I can bypass those firewall?

If you are "inside" their network then there is a high possibility that they have the URL blocked. From previous experience with corporates you would need to get hold of someone that can open the firewall and allow traffic from https://binaries.prisma.sh ..

Hey Rajkumar πŸ‘‹ Can you try downloading by connecting to a different network outside your office and see if it works, just to confirm if it’s indeed a firewall issue.
