Question

How can I troubleshoot network errors when downloading files through the terminal?

Answer

If you are experiencing network errors when downloading files through the terminal, it could be due to a firewall blocking the download. You can troubleshoot this by trying to download the file from a different network outside of your office to confirm if it is a firewall issue. Alternatively, if you are inside a corporate network, you may need to contact someone who can open the firewall to allow traffic from the download source. Good luck!

Do you maybe have a firewall that is blocking the download?
r
May be because ours is a banking client with full high security
Any way that I can bypass those firewall?
r
If you are "inside" their network then there is a high possibility that they have the URL blocked. From previous experience with corporates you would need to get hold of someone that can open the firewall and allow traffic from https://binaries.prisma.sh ..
r
Got you .!!! Thank you let me try where I get some from security team where I can resolve this issue

Hey Rajkumar πŸ‘‹ Can you try downloading by connecting to a different network outside your office and see if it works, just to confirm if it’s indeed a firewall issue.
