Hi, I'm getting this Bad Gateway error for couple of days while accessing my Prisma Portal, Can anyone please help what could be the reason for this?

Generally this means underlying server behind the nginx reverse proxy is down

how can we fix it? @dockerlead

I'm not sure what is Prisma Portal (I'm new to prisma). But if the domain in the screenshot is served from your custom application server, check the app log and restart the service etc
