Hellooo I cannot create a support ticket for the following issue, because I think I need an active project to create a ticket, and the crux of the problem is not being able to create the project When trying to create a project and entering a CockroachCloud serverless connection string, I get the error

We were unable to create your project: Requested database check `reachable` failed

Is there a solution for this? I have tested the connection string locally with both

psql

as well as

cockroach sql

, both working fine, indicating the problem may lie on Prisma's side
