Has anyone ever tried GetStream? Currently working on my users feeds and notifications, I wonder how long subscribing to a Notification table would do the trick. I also tried to release a "top items" feed, based on current likes modulo item creation timestamp : not easy right now. What's considered the best practices on Graphcool right now? And in 6 months? A GetStream integration could be interesting, well maybe :)

@hvillain what obstacles have you encountered for the top items feed? also, didn't see GetStream before, how does it work?

For the top feed items, I would need to compute values right in the query (something like "orderBy: likes - (date.now() - createdAt)", which is not possible without client computation right now). More generally, aggregated feeds would be hard to create without asking for a lot of useless ressources
About GetStream : GetStream lets you easily create Twitter, Facebook, Instagram like feeds (following, notifications and tags are handled OOTB). It is used by Unsplash for example. It would be a great use case for handling multiple endpoints server side (unlike Algolia that we already discussed somewhere else on Slack)

(Yes, nested aggregation is what I'm talking about!)
