i am working on the authentication in my angular app and want to implement the CanActivate guard. How can i identify if i am logged in? in the react example app you are doing this: user { id } i receive null if i am doing it
n
@tfiwm this means you're not authenticated πŸ™‚
t
ok and if i am authenticated i should receive the id right?

i tried this in the playground with a selected user
still getting null
maybe this functionality is not working there?
n
could you please inspect the request in the network tab?
an
Authorization
header needs to be supplied
if an
Authorization
header is present, could you please send it to me in PM?
t
ok i restarted my chrome and now it worked in the playground too πŸ˜‰
for dev i am using a permanent token
n
ah
t
there i don’t get an id but i think because there is no relation to an user right?
n
so permanent tokens don't give you any user
yea
t
πŸ˜‰
thx
n
remember to keep the token safe
πŸ™‚
t
time to go for sleep πŸ™‚ bye
of course πŸ˜‰
n
good night! πŸŒƒ
