I keep getting

The term 'graphcool' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet,
function, script file, or operable program.

- any help? I have installed with npm -g and even restarted the computer...

The Graphcool Framework binary has been renamed in antipication of Graphcool 1.0, more information here: https://github.com/graphcool/framework/releases/tag/0.11.4
