wooohoo! I keep brushing up against Graphcool stuff as I dive deeper into GraphQL (im coming from Django + React). You guys have such great write-ups and resources that I can’t help but put you on my radar. That said, Im not entirely sure what all graphcool is, or offers.

Well I would say that graphcool is a ready-to-go GraphQL solution, including templates for common tasks such as authorization & authentication. There's a hosted and a private cluster solution, so whether you are a one-person team or a mid size company you can have a taste of GraphQL without needing to write most of the tedious stuff.
