On the quickstart page the docs say to use

npm install -g graphcool

but on the quickstart reactnative page it says to use

npm install -g graphcool-framework

. The docs refer to both graphcool and graphcool-framework as the "Graphcool CLI:" which of these should be used and which is the actual graphcool cli
