maybe <@U4SHZAY64> or <@U5P82S230>?

maybe @huv1k or @agartha?
h
yea, if you find out more hit me up 😄 because i made tests and went with flow i know graphcool team don't have resources for it right now 🙂 so i did my version for using it with my custom aws bucket
I am testing it like retard right now i have version what works like endpoint and then i implement it to gateway function :X
j
Actually, it works well when it’s deployed
h
I didnt get it running with custom domain yet, because of aws taking 1000 years to get certificate
j
but the command
sls invoke local -f resize -d ...
not
because of a nodejs error about sharp and the fact it is managed by docker
my problem is just to avoid to make a
sls deploy
for testing each new line added to the
handle.js
😄
I also looking about the
serverless-offline
plugin, but I have the exact same error
h
Yea, because of deploying i made my endpoint where i copy pasta features 🙂
Btw are you planning making your version open source?
j
Hum, not sure to see how you exactly manage it from your side 😣 About the source code, for the moment, it’s just a simple fork so no interest to publish it (except change the variables with mine)
h
Yea, because of that i am asking because i would like to see image compression inside what is currently missing
j
But I also looking about save the resized/cropped image to avoid the image processing and hope to be faster to delivery the image
h
if you are using aws cloudfront will handle it for you
j
Yes
my goal is a “serverless framework” version of this template => https://docs.aws.amazon.com/fr_fr/solutions/latest/serverless-image-handler/architecture.html
h
So you will hit cache, instead of processing of image you can see it with graphcool endpoint
Yea, that is exactly that
j
Yes but transform the actual AWS template file and python code is too hard for me 😅
h
I rly like that graphcool handler, but now i am stuck with aws beaing soo slow with comfirming stuff
Cert for domain Requested at 2018-02-11T125855UTC still pending
j
Outch! I haven’t look yet about the certificat option and custom DNS for making like files.example.com
But I should not wait more ^^
h
Yea, because when you don't have custom domain i had problem with cloudfront, because wasn't hitting cache
maybe i had only something wrong setup :X aws is pain in ass
But if you get it working somehow hit me up!
j
of course ! 👍
