Got the content of the generated files into a docker container and the docker container ported to my localhost. It is hitting the Kubernetes Prisma Management pod endpoint and database. Have yet to upload the container to docker hub or azure container registry to add it to my Kubernetes cluster, but everything works thus far.

Local. Minikube. lol. Sign up for an entrepreneur program with whichever cloud provider you're interested in. I haven't priced them all so I couldn't tell you more advice than that. Some of the other members probably have more info on that. Find Kubernetes groups local to you and fish around with those who might have more experience or knowledge.
