I am having latecny issues using Retell and Pinecone

hey what types of problems are you having. can you describe a bit more of your set up and problems?

Hey Aaron - thank you for your message - we have a latency issues and my devs are telling me to move away from Pinecone, I have a paid version and have been using Pinecone from last 16 months and apparently since we are using 3rd party tool it takes time for it to fetch from Pinecone and the replies are taking up to 8 to 10 secs - my competitors replies in 3 to 4 secs max

what system are you using that replies in 3-4 seconds?

i am sorry you are having latency problems. i hope we can resolve them and see if we can make the performance more satisfactory
