Please could I have a hand with a potential usage limit based bug I think I'm experiencing, so I believe my company has the Pro subscription denoted by the top left and bottom left of the website. But then on the Projects page (and implied by limit reached), it suggests much smaller limits than I was expecting and mentions I have the free tier: Apologies if this is a misunderstanding of the tiers but I'm fairly sure 35 tenants and 100 active users is not correct for the Pro plan 🤔

The PRO plans has different ranges you can subscribe to and this is the limit you subscribed to and paid for. If you'd like to upgrade let us know. I'm guessing you are confused by the max limit to tier allows (Up to 50,000 MAU, and 20,000 Tenants), but this is only the limit of the tier not what you picked in the slider itself

Ahhh thank you so much for your help @Or Weis!! 🙏 I'll forward this onto the people in my company who have the lock and keys to the finances! Sorry I couldn't find these limits in the website! If I get approval for increasing this, am I able to do it through the website or shall I drop a note here?
