Hi Permit team, could you help us debug an Okta SCIM group linking issue? We’re using the Okta SCIM app: Permit . Issue: - We created a group in both Okta and Permit and are trying to use Okta Push Groups → Link Group. - Okta finds the Okta group, but the Permit-side match shows
No match found
. - We also noticed Okta only imports 100 Permit roles total, even though Permit has more than 100. Okta System Log shows the group import completed successfully, but only processed 100 objects: “displayMessage”: “Import of groups completed”, “eventType”: “system.import.group.complete”, “outcome”: { “result”: “SUCCESS” }, “debugData”: { “appname”: “scim2headerauth”, “totalObjects”: “100", “unchangedObjects”: “100", “addedObjects”: “0", “updatedObjects”: “0", “deletedObjects”: “0" Would appreciate any assistance with this.

Hi - sorry for the late reply. Sorry to say, but this is not the right channel for this question. If you’re a PRO tier customer or Enterprise tier customer please reach out via your dedicated channel. Otherwise you should use #C02RTML2WNN Though this being an advanced feature we which requires hands on debugging we’d likely won’t be able to help you via standard support
That said let’s see what the AI can suggest - @Ask Inkeep

Thanks for tagging me @Or Weis. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
The available documentation covers the basic SCIM setup with Okta (1) , but doesn't specifically address group linking issues or the 100-object import limitation you're encountering. Based on the SCIM integration guide, the setup process involves configuring the SCIM 2.0 Test App with your Permit.io project and environment IDs, and using the Push Groups tab to add Okta groups corresponding to Permit.io roles . However, the specific troubleshooting steps for "No match found" errors or pagination limits aren't covered in the available sources. For this level of debugging, you'll need direct engineering support to investigate: 1. Which Workspace / Project / Env you are using 2. The specific API calls being made during the group sync (you can check Okta's system logs for the exact SCIM requests) 3. Whether there are pagination settings in Okta's SCIM configuration that might be limiting results to 100 objects 4. Any error logs from the SCIM integration on the Permit.io side The 100-object limit suggests a pagination issue in how Okta is querying the Permit.io SCIM endpoint, which would require configuration adjustments in either Okta or investigation of the SCIM endpoint's response format.
