morning, not sure if this is relevant channel for this, but just wanted to find a way to verify our entitlement plan. it says we're
startup
but on pricing page it lists
Up to 25,000 MAU and 100 Tenants
and more. i'm assuming this is a UI bug?

Hi @Engineering Swantide, I'm an AI assistant for Permit.io. I'll analyze available sources and get back to you shortly.
This isn't a UI bug—the Startup tier does include up to 25,000 MAU and 100 Tenants (1) . The Startup plan is designed for growing products and is affordable for everyone, including B2C products . You can verify your workspace usage directly in Permit. Go to the *Projects* screen on the Sidebar, and your workspace usage will be displayed in the top right corner (2) . This shows your current number of Projects, Environments, Users, Tenants, and Monthly Active Users (MAUs) . For environment-level details, you can also check each environment's card on the Projects screen to see Tenants, Users, MAUs, Resources, Roles, and Members for that specific environment . If you want to confirm your exact plan entitlements or have questions about your billing, you can reach out over Email .
To learn more, see the sources I considered: [[1] Pricing Packages and SaaS Models | Permit.io](https://www.permit.io/pricing) [[2] Workspace Usage](https://docs.permit.io/manage-your-account/workspace-usage)
Appreciate the feedback! Feel free to ask me again with additional guidance or context.

sounds like it is a ui bug then?

The Startup plan allows for you to purchase up to 25k MAUs, but starts at just 100 MAUs. When you need more than 100, you can upgrade to more. CC @Natalia Edelson

ah I see, ok that clears it up. Thanks!
my pleasure 1
Follow up on this, is this pay as you go or we know we may go over the initial purchased limit we need to set new expected MAU?
o
For Enterprise/Pro customers we usually recommend annual agreements based on your expected needed quota. If you exceed your quota we let you know and provide a grace period to either tone back down, or upgrade with a prorated invoice
e
gotcha, thanks!
