Hi! I have a project in Pro Trial state in permit.io. After investigation and some experiments, we decided that we do not need that and want to switch to paid Startup subscription. The only concern I have is that I did not find any information on the maximum number of roles supported in the Startup tier. Can you please help here? Also, how should this switch be handled? Should I just go to pricing and pay? Will it automatically switch from Pro Trial to Startup after that?

Hey, thanks for reaching out ! It seems our team is a little busy right now, a human will be with you within the next hour or so. In the meantime, can I help you ?

Based on the pricing information, the *Startup tier supports up to 50 roles* (1) . This is different from the Community tier which supports 25 roles, and the Pro tier which has no limit on roles . Regarding the switch from Pro Trial to Startup, I don't have specific information in the available sources about the exact process for downgrading from a Pro Trial to a paid Startup subscription. I recommend reaching out to the Permit.io team directly for guidance on how to handle this transition. You can contact them via: • *Email*: help@permit.io They'll be able to walk you through the process and ensure your transition is handled smoothly without any disruption to your project.
