@Ask Inkeep I have a question about a change we are experiencing to the instance access UI when editing users. Typically when selecting our instance value, it was a free text field where we could just type in the number assigned to the instance to assign a user to that specific project. Today instead we are seeing an unordered pick list of instance values, often with the instance showing as "not found". We have around 600 unique values for the instance type in question, so assuming the "not found" is just that the particular value isn't being called into the UI there. Just wondering if there were any UI updates that may explain this change and/or any way to choose to go back to a free text field here?

Thanks for tagging me @Chris Coty. I'll look through relevant sources and get back to you shortly.
I don't have specific information in the available sources about recent UI changes to the instance access field in the user management interface, or configuration options to switch between a free text field and a pick list for instance values. The sources discuss the User Management Element and its general capabilities for managing users and permissions (1) (2) , but don't detail the specific behavior you're describing regarding instance value selection fields or recent changes to how these fields are rendered. Since this appears to be related to a specific UI behavior change that's not covered in the documentation I have access to, I'd recommend reaching out over Email to get clarification on: 1. Whether there was a recent UI update that changed the instance value field from free text to a pick list 2. Why instances might be showing as "not found" 3. Whether there's a configuration option or workaround to restore the free text input functionality, especially given your large number (600+) of unique instance values The support team should be able to provide specific guidance on this UI behavior and any available options.

Yes, it was changed, we will deploy a fix ASAP (hopefully today), currently it still works, if you add a new instance and it says (not found) it will still be added it doesn’t exist.
Sorry for that bug, we are working on several fixes in this area to make it all work better.
