When initializing the Permit SDK (Node.js example) , you need to specify the EU region API URL :
const permit = new Permit({
// the API key to the Permit environment you wish to connect to
token: "<YOUR_API_KEY>",
// the url in which the SDK can connect to the PDP container
pdp: "<http://localhost:7766>",
// use this to turn on sdk logs
log: {
level: "debug",
},
// the region in which the Permit environment is located
apiUrl: "<https://api.eu.permit.io>",
}) ;
The documentation notes that all examples use the <http://api.permit.io|api.permit.io> endpoint by default, but if you're using the EU region (available at Permit Pro) , you need to replace <http://api.permit.io|api.permit.io> with <http://api.eu.permit.io|api.eu.permit.io> .Ask Inkeep

To summarize the EU region endpoints:
⢠ā*Dashboard/App*ā: <http://app.eu.permit.io|app.eu.permit.io>
⢠ā*API*ā: <http://api.eu.permit.io|api.eu.permit.io>
When you create your new account on the EU servers, remember that there's no automatic data migration, so you'll need to handle that separately. Once you've set up your new EU organization, contact your customer success representative with the new organization key so they can transfer your billing status .Ask Inkeep
