Unfortunately that's a missing feature. I think @Oskar Christensson also asked about just a short while ago. As a stop gap solution I can suggest tracking the successful updates and deducing failures from their absence. If you (or someone else) would be interested in contributing this via a PR I'd happily provide guidance, review, and feedback. Currently it's not part of the immediate work we have prioritized for either Permit or OPAL+
