Hi Community members, we have recently enabled the OTP based auth for one of our customers. However, some of the times they are receiving the OTP email quite late, around 10-12 minutes. It is an intermittent issue and doesn't always happen. It would be good to be able to see trigger logs for OTP. Anything suggestions here?

Hey Amit Is it for 1 specific customer ? If so, does he use some dedicated email protection tool ? When you send him emails does he get them fast ?

Yes, we have activated it for only one customer. They are using IceWarp Mail Server. For any protection tools, I am not sure would have to check with their IT. Yes, they receive our mails on time, though I can't confirm this is true 100% of the times.
