06/28/2023, 5:44 PMWe had our A2P compliance application rejected due to a lack of explicit opt in for messaging as part of the OTP messaging.
I think I filed our papers wrong since OTP messaging is supposed to be exempt form explicit opt-in.
Twilio’s information is confusing and hard to navigate on the subject.
I’m wondering if you all have created a guide for that?

06/28/2023, 5:47 PMHmm interesting ask. No we haven't created a guide for this, as I believe this relates to the message format for each specific company/brand they set in Twilio correct? However we must have done this for our own Descope SMS Connector right @breezy-evening-56597 ?
