We have a membership system via stripe maintaining the state of the subscription.

If the user cancels we have two options in Descope. Delete the user authorization, or set to disabled
Delete Case - If we retain the historical data on that user and are only removing their user account, then this is preferred to keep dead user data out of our authorized user data base.
Disabled Case - If historicals are tied to the user account and deletion would also remove the history of that user, then we would set to disabled.

a user record doesn’t hold history, so I’m not sure what you’re referring to exactly
