New question: Is there a way to associate roles with Tenants? For example, I have multiple tenants who want to specify a role named "Customer Success", but they define the access differently. The way it looks now, I'll have to put a tenant prefix on to distinguish the roles. Is that right?

Hi Wesley - your understanding is correct. Roles are defined on the project level and not the tenant level. Your workaround of adding a prefix of the tenant name will work. We are actually talking about adding the ability to have roles defined on tenant level for this use case. Will keep you posted.
