• Logged into Twillio and send a test message via the twillio test function | Success

• Logged into Descope and reset the Twillio account and auth token on orginal connector | Test Failed — UI says SMS sent but no SMS received
Removed the Twillio test connector and recreated it, copy pasta from Twillio account ID and auth token.
Resent test message --> Test failed

yes, successful once i see , the 2 you sent in last hours did not reach ? This is the invalid one BTW:

that was an intentional failure case that was run as a QA test 20 hours ago to ensure that non-registered numbers failed
I have sent two more test messages via the Descope console to 206.683.6111 that didn’t complete transmission through twillio to that number but displayed a success message in the descope UI
I have verified from the twillio admin ui that twillio is able to send text messages on the test account.
so something appears borked between DeScope and Twillio
My configs appear correct and I’ve even blown up and recreated the twillio account connection with the same result.

I’ve sent 2 test messages by the Descope UI, and 1 by twillio
the 2 descope messages indicate a successful send, but no text message arrives to 206.683.6111 To verify that the twillio account is working, I sent a test message via twillio to the same number. That message was received

Also, does it show delivered or undelivered in twilio? I was testing with a free account and it doesn't deliver because the number isn't verified/registered.

This is what I'm seeing on the verification.
Stepping through this real quick to see if I can get it working https://www.twilio.com/docs/usage/tutorials/how-to-use-your-free-trial-account#verify-your-personal-phone-number The messages will still send when you use the Twilio test area, but not via an outside source.

yep, seems like something solved once moving to paid account
but worth to double check that

Yea. I "solved it" by stepping through the above. • Verified caller with the +1 • Then in Descope use the +1 otherwise it won't go through because twilio is recognizing it as a different number See the screenshots. I just walked through the flow and everything looked good after I stepped through that above how to. I did remove and re-add my cellphone though just to be sure because it was already added, but I was still seeing the issue. Let me know if you have any issues.
