@Matt (pactflow.io / pact-js / pact-go): I figured out what was wrong with the windows build for the CLI fork. If you’d like it, this https://github.com/TimothyJones/pact-cli is a CLI-only pact-core - which would mean that the CLI could be removed from pact-core.
