I have released Pact-Rust consumer lib (1.4.10) and the verifier cli (1.3.5) with support for Lua plugins and field level matching rules and generators. Pact-JVM 4.7.4 also has support, but it requires the latest plugin driver to work.

There is still some work and cleanup required with all the v2 plugin work. Once it is stable, we can look at updating the FFI, but it might require changes to consumer DSLs and the FFI interface to support plugin matching rules
