#234 Add runtime deprecation notice Issue created by mefellows This project's long term future is to be deprecated, in favour of the newer CLI tools written in Rust: https://docs.pact.io/implementation_guides/cli We should add a deprecation notice to invocations of the CLI, so that end users (particularly those that have setup automations to install the CLI tools) are made aware of this fact and are driven to action.
