I haven't worked in some of these areas of pact-js-core and I'm a bit unaware of the extent of testing for this feature. I don't know if an integration test when no pacts can be found is required. I can see the

verifier.integration.spec.ts

specifies pactUrls, so I dont' know if any test following this pattern stresses the behaviour the new

faiIfNoPactsFound

option attempts to execute
