Hi Matt, I believe your account was migrated to API hub recently. Your account owner should have received a few comms on this recently about it. You will likely need to register a new SmartBear ID on login. The user account should link up with your existing profiles

Thanks @Matt (pactflow.io / pact-js / pact-go) - I think our account holder left our company and the email account is now abandoned. What was the email account you have on record for us? Also in tandem, someone called Glen (our devops manager) should have made contact by email. I don’t want to duplicate any effort, but I am keen to get this resolved.

no worries. No doubt support will tackle it, but I don’t mind multiple channels if this is impacting you

we might need to consider changing log in models (e.g to SSO) if tfa is required

FYI isn’t required on our part, only during email validation itself (i.e. initial registration)

What’s the URL target of this. It should be something like

yeah that’s bizarre. I think if you choose “continue to contract testing” it will go away, but it seems like a logic flaw in the flow somewhere. I’ll follow up
