What are you trying to login to Gustavo? Can you share the steps to reproduce?

1 - go to https://swagger.io/api-hub/portal/
2 - click at login button
3 - type email address
4 - type psw
5 - hit enter

Please be advised that user assigned should have the contract_data:manage:own permission.
Also please check if the proper token was assigned to perform the contract testing.
This is the root cause for this issue.

Hmm these seem like two separate issue. The second one seems to relate to role assignments in PactFlow and first login to Hub.
I'd suggest raising a support case for the login issue if you haven't already. I've not seen that error before
