the wf job is set to a cron schedule

which seems to have kicked it off ( in a v broken state ) everything looks red but it created a release

looks like @Tien Vo spotted this last month too, we probably want to disable that for now and look at it later. I imagine @Joshua Ellis may have added the schedule to try and avoid surprises when we came to release ( but haven’t checked git history - currently out in a bar post GTMKO )
