Hi team!, I am trying to login into Pactflow using Azure AD but getting this window everytime can you please help ?
m
What URL is this?
I am redirected to this url when doing Azure AD login
m
How did you try and login Rishav? Did you login from outsystems.pactflow.io directly or from Azure first?
r
m
Does it happen everytime? Do others in the team have this problem?
r
I am only having this problem
When I go to outsystems.pactflow.io, I click on Azure AD login button
then redirected to that invalid client page
my teammates tried to remove my user and invite again but not receiving the invite mail
m
Any errors in your console? Do you have any ad blockers or anything installed? I’d recommend taking a HAR dump of the full login experience and attaching to a support ticket (howtosupport)
s
Please create a ticket here with the issue details so that we can properly track the resolution and the PactFlow product support team will continue to work through it with you: https://support.smartbear.com/pactflow/message

Your account uses SSO via SAMl, so you won’t receive any invitations here
r
And when I try to reset password, I receive this , why it gives the link for the trial version
Any errors in your console? Do you have any ad blockers or anything installed?
Nope
m
You can’t reset your password, because you login via SAML. Your password reset isn’t with PactFlow, it’s with your Azure AD
You may have a separate user associated with a different account, hence that email
r
thanks for the info, I will raise the ticket
m
Sorry about the all the pain, hopefully we can see why this only affects you!
Also if you haven’t tried already, try an incognito window and/or another different browser with no existing sessions etc.
this will rule out any specific issues with your setup
r
Okay, let me try using incognito
It worked
Should I still raise a support ticket ?
m
I suspect a browser extension, ad blocker or something else is interfering. It makes sense it’s unique to you if others in your org can get in
No need to raise a support ticket, you’ll need to do some poking about to figure out what’s different about your setup (perhaps just start by clearing app cache etc.)
