When verifying a single pact via URL (_during consumer side changes -&gt; webhook -&gt; provider verification CI run for single pact_), do I need to provide `enable_pending` (:point_left: _*main question*_) and `consumer_version_selectors` (_probs not, as  I'm already targeting specific pact_) as well?

just the url. other options are referred to dynamically fetched pact options.

&gt;&gt; Note that the pending feature is only applicable to the main provider release pipeline, not the provider build that gets triggered by the contract_requiring_verification_published webhook.
