in a project under development. Currently there is nothing yet in production. Nothing is deployed yet. Neither from the consumer, nor from the producer side. I guess that for the first

to work, something needs to be manually recorded as a deployed version. What is the recommended practice? Record a consumer deployment or a provider deployment, as the first deployment?

Doesn't really matter. But usually it's easier to get the provider there first
